Transfer my super to Plum

To move any of your previous or old super accounts into your existing Plum account, simply follow these steps:

• Log on to our Member site
• Click on the Forms and publications link at the very top of the page
• Click on the Request to transfer superannuation benefits link to open the PDF form
• Print the form
• Fill it out and sign the authorisation
• Send the original completed form and the attachments to:

  Plum Financial Services Limited
  Reply Paid 63, Melbourne Vic 3001

Please note: You should check whether you will lose any benefits or entitlements from your previous fund if you choose to transfer your super to another superannuation account.
