Logging in
Accessing your account
When you access your account for the first time (or for the first time after 20 May 2011), you will need to enter your 9 digit member number as your Login ID and your 4-digit PIN as your password.
You will then be prompted to generate a password which has to be at least 6-8 characters in length and made up of a mix of letters and numbers.
Anytime you login into your account you will be required to enter your new password.
What is your password?
Your password is the one you create when prompted the first time you login to your account.
Forgotten your PIN?
If you have forgotten your 4 digit PIN, you will need to contact a Member Services Consultant on 1300 55 7586 between 8.00am and 6.00pm Melbourne time.

If you have fogotten your password, you can regenerate a new password by using the 'Forgotten my Password' tool here.
Mistakes when logging in
You can make three attempts to login. If your details are incorrect, access will be denied and you will have to contact our Member Services team for assistance.

Employer access
To access the Plum employer website, please enter your Employer number as your Login ID and your password.
