Each Plum member is issued with a 9 digit Member number and a 4 digit personal identification number (PIN).
To access our Member website:
If your details are entered correctly, you will see our Member site home page. If you have entered incorrect details, you will be prompted to re-enter your details.
You can make three consecutive attempts to login. If the details you use are incorrect, after three consecutive attempts access will be denied on the website and the telephone service if you are a member.

If you are joining a fund administered by Plum, enter the temporary access code in the Login ID field. Then enter the temporary PIN you have been provided with and click Login.
To gain acces to the Plum employer website employers should enter their employer number and PIN in the Login ID and PIN fields on the login page and click Login.
